La Residencia is proud to introduce its eight newest luxury Suites offering panoramic vistas over the valley and towards the Mediterranean; Tramuntana Suites with Terrace and Tramuntana Suites with Terrace and Plunge Pool.

Set above the Spa building each suite nestles into the mountainside. All suites have a traditional tiled garden area where guests may relax while soaking up the sun and the breathtaking views with four of them boasting a private plunge pool.

The suites also offer a large bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas and the spacious bedroom and lounge area has luxurious furniture and fittings in the unique La Residencia style. Moreover, in our Tramuntana Suites, we offer you the exceptional high quality 450 thread Egyptian Cotton sheets with satin embroidered logo.  Manufactured using an exceptionally fine quality thread, these sheets are the best luxury quality available today.

The gardens in these suites have been planted with flora endemic to the Tramuntana area. Plants have been carefully selected by staff of the Botanical Gardens in Sóller who will coordinate with our gardeners to ensure that the plants grow successfully. Inside each suite guests will find a book with information on local flora which we hope will be of interest. 

Access to the Tramuntana suites is made easy thanks to two new lifts which have been cleverly integrated into the stone terraces with elegant tunnelled passageways linking each one.  

As the Tramuntana name implies, the suites are individually named after the different peaks in the mountain range. Guests can enjoy a stay in the Teix Suite, Puig Major Suite, Tomir Suite, Massanella Suite, Tossals Suite, L’Ofre Suite, Alfàbia Suite or Galatzó Suite.
