Mountain Picnic with Donkeys
Lluna, Panxo, Alba and Negret, our adorable donkeys, will escort you on a short hill walk ending at the hotel’s rustic mountain refuge. There, amid sheepskin rugs, you can cosy up to the fire and indulge in a feast (breakfast or lunch) of local Mallorcan specialities. The donkey trail winds through our olive groves and terraces over a rocky path and offers fabulous views across the sea. Trainers or other suitable footwear are advised. |

Walk and Talk Art Tour
Cecilie Sheridan, curator of the hotel’s collection, will take you around the village and introduce you to local artists who have studios in Deià. Along the way, she offers insight into the local history and people. |

Visit an Oil Press or a Local Winery
Sóller has a lovely, traditional olive press and winter is the best time to visit. If lucky, your visit may coincide with the olive pressing process.
Due to their limited production, Mallorca’s wines are rarely exported—yet many have won international prizes. Visit a local winery and taste prestigious labels that you may never have the opportunity to try elsewhere. |

Car or Vespa Excursions
Explore the island in a Mercedes with a local, English-speaking driver. La Residencia offers a selection of tours taking in spectacular views and unmissable sights.
Or maybe you’d like to feel the wind in your hair as you ride around hillsides strewn with olive and citrus groves. Take in stunning ocean views and then head down to the beach for an afternoon by the sea on one of the hotel’s Vespas. |

Ballooning & Helicopter Tours
Two unforgettable experiences offering a bird’s eye view of Mallorca. For the helicopter excursion we organise transport to the private airport in Son Bonet from where the flight leaves. Guests can choose tours of 20 minutes, 40 minutes or one hour. The hot-air balloon flight includes transport to the departure location, a CD with photos of the day and a champagne toast during the trip. |

Boat Excursions
An absolute must is to take a sailing or motor boat trip around our beautiful coastline. We would be delighted to recommend and organise a charter with or without a skipper. Please ask at reception. |

Wellness Activities & Sports
La Residencia offers a range of activities and classes, designed to help you relax and rejuvenate or simply learn a new skill. Choose from yoga, Tai-Chi, Pilates, and aqua-aerobics in our indoor heated pool.
We can also arrange hiking and cycling tours—the hotel has several mountain and recreational bikes—with picnics; diving and snorkelling in the caves along the north-west coast; shoreline or deep-sea fishing; and golf on one of the island’s 23 fantastic courses. |
