Social tennis.
Social tennis is available to guests complimentary twice per week.
Singles(numbers permitting) and doubles sets are organised by the coach.For additional match practise throughout the week the coach will introduce you to other guests to organise a doubles or singles set.

Private tennis lessons.
Private lessons are the quickest way to improving your tennis game or you may just want a solid individual workout on the court.The coach will put you through a progressive programme to build technique,control and consistency.
Bookings in advance are recommended to avoid disappointment.

Video analysis lessons.
Video tennis lessons are individual tuition. A great way to monitor your technique and check out your tennis style.The coach will video your present technique and then after some alterations re-video your new technique.

Group tennis clinics.
Guests are welcome to attend a group lesson that is available twice throughout the week.The lesson is structured to work on partial technique,drill formats and point play.

Ball machine workouts.
For the perfect repetitious workout the ball machine offers variations of spin,speed and different ball trajectory. Simple set up instructions for groundstroke or volleys.

For children aged between 10-18 years at an intermediate or advanced competitive level.
The squad program consists of specific workout drills,physical and footwork development and competitive point play situations.(4 players per group)

For children aged between 5-14 years.
This programme is designed to create a more fun based activity.It is not a teaching lesson.The coach will organise activities for the children to participate in.
