Christmas Market at La Residencia: Together with the village of Deià we have organised a market with Mallorcan products and local handcrafts.

Social Tennis: Our resident tennis coach Shayne Tabb will meet you at the court to play singles and doubles. All are welcome. Meeting point will be at the tennis courts from 15:30 to 17:30 hrs.

Monday, 28th December

Tai-Chi: Complimentary class with Alfredo de Miguel, who will teach you a therapeutic form of exercise with proven benefits. Meeting point will be on the front lawn at 11:00 hrs.

Tuesday, 29th December

How to care for your skin:  Our beauty therapists will teach you the best way to look after your skin and recommend handy tips from the professionals. Meeting point will be in the Spa at 11:00hrs.

Wednesday, 30th December

Excursion to Cala Deià: Enjoy a lovely walk along the donkey path, begining at 11:00hrs.

Wine tasting:  Our sommelier will help you to choose your wine for your Christmas Eve dinner. Meeting point will be in El Olivo at 16:00hrs.

Show cooking: Demonstration by Guillermo Méndez, Executive Chef of El Olivo, on how to prepare a dessert followed by a sweet wine tasting.  Meeting point will be in El Olivo kitchen at 16:00hrs. Please kindly confirm in advance with reception.

New Year’s Eve

Yoga / Pilates / Stretch Class: Start your day with a complimentary class from our personal trainer, Jeanne Lurie. Perfect to balance body and mind and to enjoy optimum well-being. Meeting point will be by the indoor pool at 11:00hrs.

New Year’s Eve Cocktail: The management invites you to a glass of cava at 19:00 hrs.

Gala Dinner in El Olivo: Our chef Guillermo Mendez has elaborated a spectacular gastronomic menu for this special occasion. Live vocalist and pianist. The price per person is 245€.

12 grapes of good fortune at midnight: Following the Spanish tradition, one grape is eaten at each stroke of the clock and you will have a year of prosperity. This is followed by Champagne and a firework display.

Dance the night away in the Albeniz.

New Year’s Day

New Year’s Brunch: Join us for a delicious brunch at our Son Fony restaurant from 12:00hrs. The price per person is 50€.

Saturday, 2nd January

Walk & Talk: Cecilie Sheridan, artist and curator of the hotel’s collection, will take you around the village and introduce you to local artists who have studios in Deià while giving you some local history on the place and its  people. Meeting point will be in front of the reception desk at 11:00 hrs.
