La Residencia is set in 30 acres of olive and citrus groves on a hilltop in Deià on the north western coast of the island where the poet Robert Graves lived and wrote his best works.  The hotel was created from two private 16th and 17th century manor houses – Son Moragues and Son Canals.

The journey from Palma Son Sant Joan Airport (PMI) to the hotel is 50kms and takes about 40 minutes.

Directions from the airport to the hotel:

Take the high way direction to Palma and then the exit Ma20 direction Andraitx and come off at Valldemossa exit.  After Valldemossa, take Deià road. The hotel is on the right hand side of the road just before leaving Deià village.

From Palma: 35 km (25 min), from Golf courses: 35 minutes drive to Son Vida; 20 minutes drive to Son Termens

Our 36 individual and double rooms offer all the comforts with antique Mallorquin furniture. Some are furnished with beautiful four poster beds.

Our 17 Junior Suites are furnished in antique Mallorquin furniture with each of their own characteristics. Some have private balconies, terraces, living rooms and four poster beds.

El Olivo is a refurbished 16th century olive press, the most romantic setting in Mallorca, offering a star-studded menu and equally impressive wine list, a must for all epicures.

Son Moragues Terrace, a restaurant with a more casual atmosphere but with a no less delicious cuisine. It is worth trying the chef's suggestions of Mediterranean local dishes which share menu with more international ones.

On hot summer days the pool restaurant offers a cool relaxing ambience under the shady pergola. Its crispy salads, cold soups and fresh Mediterranean fish are what is needed when the sun is high.
