Set in a 16th-century olive press, El Olivo is La Residencia’s gourmet restaurant.
Flickering candlelight creates a romantic, elegant ambience to complement the Mediterranean cuisine of Executive Chef Guillermo Méndez and his team. Méndez sources the majority of his ingredients locally, including many from the hotel’s own vegetable garden.
The restaurant staff will guide you through the tasting, à la carte and vegetarian menus, as well as the excellent wine list which, year on year, has achieved an Award of Excellence from the prestigious Wine Spectator.
