Minimum Stay
3 nights minimum stay over Christmas.
4 nights minimum stay over New Year.
Children Policy
Children under 10 years are welcome during the following periods: - Easter: From the 11th to the 28th of April 2011.
- Summer: From the 1st of July to the 4th of September 2010.
- Half Term: from the 15th of October to the 1st of November 2010.
- Xmas and New Year: From the 20th of December 2010 to the 7th of January 2011.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings 1 month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy for High Season: 100% of deposit returned with over 15 days notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 15 days notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights. High Season: 1st April and 31st of October, Xmas and New Year (22nd Dec to 1st Jan).
Cancellation policy for Low Season: 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights. Low Season: 1st November and 31st March (Excl. Xmas and New Year, 22nd Dec to 1st Jan) |
