Minimum Stay Between 1 June and 30 September, and at Easter, a minimum stay applies: - Three-night minimum for arrivals on Thursdays & Fridays
- Two-night minimum for arrivals on Saturdays
- No restrictions apply the rest of the year
Deposit 25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings one month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation Policies High Season (1 April-31 October & 22 December-1 January): - 100% of deposit returned with over 15 days’ notice (before 6pm local time)
- No refund of deposit with less than 15 days’ notice
- If you curtail your stay, we will charge the full amount for the remaining nights
Low Season (1 November-31 March excluding 22 December-1 January): - 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours’ notice (before 6pm local time)
- No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours’ notice
- If you curtail your stay, we will charge the full amount for the remaining nights
Children Policy Children under 10 years are welcome during the following periods: - Easter: 31 March-16 April 2012
- Summer: 30 June-19 August 2012
- Half Term: 13-28 October 2012
- Christmas and New Year: 20 December 2012-2 January 2013
